When entering Canada, a tourist card is handed out shortly before landing which must be filled out seriously. The tourist card must be carried with you duringy our stay and handed in to customs at the airport on your return or onward journey.
The City of Vancouver (My Favorite)
The city offers a lot, be it to go for a walk, to be served in various restaurants from
different countries, to take a romantic evening stroll, to watch the sunset by the sea
or to take part in various tours around Vancouver during the day. These are just a
few examples, because this city is big, but you can quickly walk to the great outdoors.
Around Vancouver
Vancouver island - When you cross the sea, you will find the island "Vancouver Island". The maincity of this island is Victoria. You will get there with the ferry from Tsawwassen or the waterplane directly from Vancouver.
British Colombia - British Colombia is a state of canada. In this state the people speaks english and is one of my favourite state.
A good choice to rent a car at the airport and drive trought the state, it`s so beatiful and you will see a lot of the wildness.
On the way there are a lot of "Hot Pools", take a break and enjoy a hot bath.
Visa
For a maximum of 90 days (EU & CH) you don`t need a visa. If you stay longer it is necessary to get in contact with the canadian consulate in your country.
Einreise
Bei der Einreise nach Kanada wird kurz vor der Landung eine Touristenkarte ausgeteilt, welche seriös ausgefüllt werden muss. Die Touristenkarte muss während des Aufenthalts bei sich getragen und am Flughafen bei der Rück- bzw. Weiterreise am Zoll abgegeben werden.
Die Stadt Vancouver (Mein Favourit)
Die Stadt bietet sehr viel, sei es spazieren zu gehen, sich in diversen Restaurants aus verschiedenen Länder bedienen zu lassen, einen romantischen Abendspaziergang zu absolvieren, den Sonnenuntergang am Meer zu betrachten oder am Tag an diversen Touren rund um Vancouver teilzunehmen. Das sind nur einige Beispiele, den diese Stadt ist zwar gross, jedoch ist man schnell zu Fuss in freier Natur.
Um Vancouver
Vancouver Island - Nebst Vancouver liegt die Insel "Vancouver-Island". Die Insel bzw. die Stadt Victoria, kann mit der Fähre von Tsawwassen oder mit dem Wasserflugzeug direkt von Vancouver aus, bereist werden.
Falls man Glück hat, können von der Fähre aus die Wale, Delfine und sogar die Orcas gesichtet werden. Wenn nicht, bietet die Umgebung während der Fahrt eine atemberaubende Naturlandschaft.
British Columbia - British Columbia ist ein Staat Kanadas. In diesem Staat wir vor allem Englisch geprochen und ist meiner Meinung nach der schönste von Allen.
Die beste Möglichkeit, die Weite B.C.s zu entdecken ist , sich ein Auto am Flughafen zu mieten und quer durch zu fahren.
Es gibt "Hot Pools" (heisse Quellen) bei welchen man günstig ein Hotelzimmer nehmen kann , Seen und viel Natur.
Visum
Wenn Sie kürzer als 90 Tage in kanada bleiben, müssen Sie kein Visum beantragen. Falls Sie jedoch länger im Land bleiben möchten, empfehle ich Ihnen so früh wie möglich das kanadische Konsulat in Ihrem Land zu kontaktieren.
