Durango
Durango is a small "Western-Village" in the south of Colorado.
Sightseeings in Durango
Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad
In the 19th century, the railroad was used to transport employees and silver.
At the W.W.l, the trains has been used to transport military goods to Alaska. Shortly before, the silver mines has been exhausted, that two railroad get closed.
At the trainstation in Durango, there you can find a museum with all the history of Durango and it's area for a free admission.
Strater Hotel
The Strater Hotel is a historic hotel where the cowboys met in Durango. Live music every evening and waitresses who wears dresses like in the 19th century.
